Am I not, a god on the camera?

I seriously thought about leaving at that for today's entry but here I am typing this second sentence so anyway, let's continue. Just to be clear, I don't have any specific thoughts about the statement above. I just like the idea that it can be either a statement or a question, depending on how you choose to read it. Some people will take offense saying 'how can you claim something like that? Who do you think you are?'. Others will see it as a sign of doubt, weakness even(?) that I have no idea if my work is any good or not.

Of course the statement, the way it's written, can also be plainly confusing and therefore not worthy of attention and maybe that's the result I enjoy the most. Perhaps I don't have to make everything as explicit as I do. I very often feel like I have to guide the audience and point them in the direction I want them to go, by being painfully obvious. Maybe it's fine to have things be clear only on the second paragraph of a story. Maybe you do have to read until the next page to understand the full scope of the scene I'm describing.

Maybe I can just leave little hints throughout the story that will allow you to piece the thing together yourself. Yeah, maybe that can be a thing.
